Shenzhen EFFIET Technology Company Located in Guangdong province, Shenzhen City, where almost 95% China LED lighting factory located, so we have gathered enough experience in finding the best emergency solution for each kind LED lighting fixture.
The founder used to work for a battery manufacturer and have a good knowledge about all kinds of battery packs, then he learned the electric and the electronic component knowledge from another factory for years. When the LED lighting booming at the end of 2011, our LED emergency power kit factory established for this niche market and focus on providing emergency solutions for any LED lightnings projects. Since then, we are confidence in our rich experience in this market. At present, our factory covers an area of 1000 squares meter with approximate 24 staff and 3 engineers.

Quality Assurance
Most people pay much attention to OQC part when comes to quality control, but high quality product starts from raw material.
Firstly, our factory will spends more time in examining the quality by machine when the products finish SMT procedure. Secondly, our worker will connect it with battery and test with LED strip light for function testing. When finished assembly, the LED emergency kit will connect with LED light on aging shelf for last testing.
We believe worker’s rich manufacturing experience plays an important role in a factory’s success. Exprienced workers know which part product should pay attention to and what should do the next step. Which all attributes to the products quality and effiency.

All of our PCB boards are manufactured by the automated SMT machine and examined automatically. In this way, we can provide the product with a higher competitive price and accomplish the production successfully.
Most of digital products all need aging test before shipped out the factory. That is more when it comes to LED emergency power kit products.
The aging test is the last testing procedure in the manufacturing of LED emergency power supply kit. We will connect every set with AC power and LED light, charge it to full and then discharge it to zero. And then we will charge it to full for shipping out.
